I have been baking & in the food-service industry for my entire life, & I've contemplated having my own bakery for decades, but thought it was off my bucket list at this point. While moving progressively east from the Durham Region a few times over the past 10 years, an opportunity fell into my lap, & I just couldn't let it slip.

I have truly made this my own unique, high-quality, and comfortable place for a few of my favourite things - coffee, desserts, and music - in hopes of that being the perfect trifecta for like-mindeds in the Quinte West area. This isn't just a cafe, it's an experience for all the senses.
